Does the tracker work where there's no network coverage?
Yes. Trackers keep recording positions to internal memory while out of coverage and upload the stored data once the signal returns, so your trip history stays complete. Live updates resume as soon as the tracker reconnects.
Can I track my vehicle from my phone?
Yes. You get a mobile app and a web dashboard showing live location, trip history and alerts. We set it up and walk you through it at handover.
Is there a monthly fee?
Tracking platforms carry a subscription that covers the data SIM and the server platform. Your quotation spells out every cost — device, installation and subscription — so there are no surprises.
Will a tracker affect my car's electrics?
Our technicians install trackers with proper fusing and connections to keep the impact on your vehicle's electrical system to a minimum. If you're worried about a manufacturer warranty, tell us and we'll advise on the least invasive installation.
