Can I view my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system is configured for secure remote viewing, and we install and test the app with you at handover.
What happens to the cameras during a power cut?
We recommend and install backup power (UPS or battery) sized to keep the cameras and recorder running through typical outages, so you don't lose footage when it matters most.
How long is footage stored?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution and hard-drive size. We size storage to your needs — commonly two to four weeks — and explain the trade-offs in your quotation.
